In this digital world, most of the time we spend staring at our mobile. As this activity harms our health but we can’t ignore the importance of this device.

Nowadays, our work, business, education, health system everything is connected to it. You can’t avoid it by any means. So, better go and adopt it in your life well.

Use it wisely for yourself, don’t let the mobile to use you. Every one of us wants to live happy and healthy. So what if you utilize your mobile device for your well-being.

I know your phone already have different apps like photo editor, beauty app, shopping app, games and different OTT platforms.

Me too have those apps, my phone is getting full now.  Those are very important too.  But, there is some other apps you should check once for your well being.

Always we can’t get time for our yoga or meditation, or sometimes we just forget about something important just because our lack of attention or we forget to write down that piece of work.

So, there is some app which helps to remain motivated or productive throughout the day. In this article, I have shortlisted seven self-caring and productive apps for your wellness. Just check it out.

It is a famous self-care app for meditation, mindfulness and peaceful sleep. Meditation looks easy with this app. Just on it and indulge in the meditation for as little as ten minutes only. It refreshes you like a dream.

You will get different sections as your choice like, sleep, relationship, etc. whichever you need just go for it.

There is guided meditation session in Headspace also for all seven days of the week. Initially it is free, but if you want to get more sessions with guide, then you have to pay 12.99 USD per month.

Mindfulness with Petit Bambou is another self-care app to motivate you. You will get motivational texts and mindfulness sessions for your mental health. Self-love, self-improvement audio is there to lower your stress and anxiety.

There is various meditation programmes to be familiar with it. You can found it on both iOS and android version. Primarily it is free, but if you want to upgrade to its premium version then you have to pay 8.49 USD per month.

Calorie Counter- MyFitnessPal is a fitness app in which you can check your calorie intake, nutrition level, along with setting goal for walking, yoga, exercise, cardio etc.

By using this, you will reach one more step closure to your fitness goal. If you want to maintain a healthy food habits or do exercise well MyFitnessPal is your go to app. You can track your weight, fitness and others activity in this app. It is available on both iOS and android devices.

You will get some add on it but, if you go for pro version then you will get add free app but you have to pay 9.99 USD per month.

Habitica is one of the best self-care or productivity app to keep you well organized and motivated. It can transform your tasks in a game like condition, which is very interesting to do.
