to wear or we wear from our year long habit or we wear something which is
trendy.

Clothes and health
The
impact of your cloth is generally reflected on your health. There are lots of things to
know from your cloth other than your personality and look.
Clothes
are in touch with our skin all days long, during this time you may feel back
ache, or rash due to unfitted or harsh fabric of your cloths [1]. Some health
problem you can found during or after the wearing of some fabrics or
unfitted clothes are as follows (but not limited to):
1.
An unfitted or under-fitted upper inner wear can harm your shoulder in case of
women. Even you may feel pain on the back and shoulder, constricted breathing
and muscle strain.
2.
Our skin needs to breathe, but due to clothing it is not possible most of the
times. So, if you continually wear a synthetic fabric, then you may get rash in
those areas where sweat can accumulate.
3.
Some artificial fabric can cause you dermatitis, eczema, inflammation and
allergy.

Some unhealthful fabrics
Not
all fabrics are good for our health and not all suit to everyone. Here I want
to discuss about some fabrics and their impacts on our health.
1. Rayon
The
first unhealthful fabric is rayon. Most of us, specially girls, have a dress
made up of rayon. It is not a wrinkle free cloth, comes with a lot of wrinkles
that needs ironing before use.
It
is a fiber made from cellulose, chemically processed from wood pulp. Longtime wearing
of rayon is very much unhealthy.
Its
processing phase is too dangerous and it pollutes our environment. This product can emit
toxic substances which cause nausea, vomiting, chest pain, insomnia and
headache.
So,
refrain yourself from incorporation of this material to your wardrobe. I have
also this product 2 or 3 pieces, but, after knowing this, I stopped buying
dresses made of this material.
2. Polyester
Polyester
is the second harmful fabric that you have to avoid. It is very popular
synthetic fabric, produced by blending of natural components like cotton.
Unlike rayon, it is wrinkle and tear free.
If
you wear polyester for long time then you may feel varieties of problems,
because, your skin can’t breathe under it.
Polyester
can rise your body temperature and then some chemicals get released from the
fabric which in turn absorbs in your body. Your skin shows rashes, redness, itchiness
and dermatitis.
It
is highly recommended to all girls and boys, that not to wear polyester as their
inner wear. Avoid buying or wearing polyester from now.

3. Nylon
Nylon
is heavily used in inner wears or under wears, socks, swim wears and stockings.
It is preferred as an alternative of silk, and due to its durability it is highly
popular and less expensive.
Nylon
can harm your skin, if you wear them on bare skin. It has zero capacity of
absorbance of your sweat, which leads to various skin infection, irritation and
release bad odors too.
So,
try to avoid wearing nylon, just wear pure cotton in place of it.
4. Lycra/spandex
This
fabric is very stretchy by nature and used in different tight clothes like
leggings, sports bras, shapewear, tights etc.
Lycra
or spandex contains carcinogenic chemical viz. polyurethane, from the time of it’s
production. Long wear of this fabric can release this chemical to your skin and
cause irritations, rashes and dermatitis.
So, avoid this fabric for the sake of your health.
